WavyGrain is run by Martyn Whittaker based on the edge of the English Lake District.

Over the years we've built a firm reputation as a specialist producer of high quality yet unusual wooden chopping boards, wood bread boards and natural wood serving platters.

We only use responsibly sourced quality Lake District wood.

Our aim is simple: We want to produce the very best chopping boards you can buy!

We attend many of the top food festivals throughout the country where we proudly stand alongside some of the UK's finest food & drink producers. You can find an up to date calendar of our planned events here >>

Great care is taken with all our products and the attention to detail and finish is paramount. We take pride in our personal service and have made a great many friends through all of our amazing customers.

Although inevitably things do sometimes go wrong, we endeavour to put things right as quickly as possible.

Due to the unpredictability of wood, being a natural product it can occasionally "move" or crack in normal use. Please get in touch if you are unhappy with anything and we can discuss remedial action.

*Please don't forget not to put our things in the dishwasher, near hungry dogs or near naked heat sources such as unsupervised arsonists :-)
